Communities are where you learn a specialised skill, such as entrepreneurship or sales, with lessons, announcements and discussions for the people who joined them.
Departments meet the broader needs every member has: health, legal questions, media, giving back and daily inspiration. You don’t join a department to use it. It comes with membership.

Everything happens in the member app, under the Departments tab.

- Join the teamDepartment Leaders can add members to their team, who then plan together in a private team space.
Led in every class.
Health, Media, NEEDS and Content have Department Leaders for each class, so Class 23’25 and Class 26 each have their own leaders. Legal is one department for the whole club.

Do departments cost extra?
No. They are free for every member, whichever community you joined.
Is a department a separate community?
No. Communities focus on a specialised skill. Departments meet broader needs and are open to everyone.
How do I reach a department?
Open the Departments tab in the member app. Each department shows its announcements and its leaders, and you can message the leaders privately.
Can I join a department team?
Yes. Department Leaders add members to their team. Message the leader of the department you want to help.
Is what I share with Health confidential?
Yes. Your information is shared only with the consultant or professional helping you.
