This policy explains how The Billionaire Club, a Cloudde community, collects and uses information on connect.thecloudde.com and in the member app. Questions? Email theclouddehq@gmail.com.
Who we are
The Billionaire Club is a lifetime community for growth and development, run by Cloudde. Members join by paying the team directly; there is no public sign-up. Only fully paid members receive an account.
Information we collect
- Account details the team adds: your full name, Billionaire Club ID, class, communities, phone number and email address.
- Details you add: your display name, profile photo, bio, niche, gender, birthday (and whether to show it), and what you can help with or are looking for.
- What you share in the club: forum posts and replies, discussions, reactions, poll votes, questions for Ask Capita, and one-to-one chat messages, including photos and voice notes you send.
- Private goals: your weekly goals and check-ins. Only you can see them; leaders, admins and other members cannot.
- Activity: when you last opened the app, which posts you have read, lessons you mark as done, and your streaks.
- Notifications: if you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a push address so we can alert you. You can turn them off at any time.
- Cookies: we use cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run the club app: show announcements, lessons, events, the Forum and your chats.
- To show your profile to other members: your display name with your Club ID, photo, bio and niche.
- To contact you: welcome and set-password emails, event invites, reminders, mentions and important club announcements.
- To help leaders look after the club: the team sees activity summaries (for example, who has not opened the app). They do not see your private goals or the content of your chats.
- To keep the club safe: if you report a member or a conversation, the team may review what was reported.
Google services
The website uses Google services only through the club’s own Google account (theclouddehq@gmail.com):
- Gmail: to send club emails (welcome messages, password links, invites and reminders) from the club’s address.
- Google Calendar and Google Meet: to create club events and send invites to members’ email addresses.
We never ask for access to your own Google account, and we do not read, store or share anyone’s Google data. The Billionaire Club’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the club (our web host, Google for email, calendar and meetings, and your browser’s notification service), or when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on the club’s web server. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and the team cannot see them. Chats are visible only to the two people in the conversation, except where a conversation is reported for review.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a member. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and personal details; posts in shared spaces may be removed or kept without your name.
Your rights
You can see and update most of your details in the app (profile, display name, photo, password). You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing theclouddehq@gmail.com. We respect your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other laws that apply to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell members in the app.
